From DIY to Polaris Award-winning artists
For over 20 years, I’ve supported the work of countless notable artists across the spectrum of independent music, from tweaking home recordings, to polishing complex studio projects.
I work anywhere the job demands from studios and cottages, to basements and concert halls. Whether on a digital workstation, or recording to 2" tape with vintage gear, I treat every project with the same attention to detail.

I love hearing about new music projects, big or small. If you want to bat around some ideas about recording environments, digital vs. analog, or mastering solutions, holler.
Kind Words
“Jarrett has done an amazing job working under tight timelines for me, and delivering mixes for livestreams for a lot of my virtual projects during COVID. He’s friendly and has fantastic ears- altamente recomendado!”
“Jarrett has a knack for recognizing and highlighting the authenticity of a musical moment. His mix work is as impactful as it is transparent.”
“I have had the great pleasure of working with Jarrett on numerous projects since 2004. Whether in a live or studio setting, he’s a consummate professional and an astute technician. The biggest bonus is his easy-going and steadfast personality. In even the most stressful creative environment, Jarrett is able to listen closely and reconcile between many conflicting personalities and points of view and put forward opinions that ultimately guide the project forward and for the better. ”
“I’ve worked with Jar for over 25 years (no relation!) from recording to mixing in both studio and live settings, and he continues to be my go-to mix engineer and irreplaceable “Mr. Fixit,” saving the day, time and time again.”
“Jarrett inspires confidence because he always has a well thought-out approach to whatever project I’ve done with him, but he also has flexibility in the moment to inspire creativity. I appreciate his instincts when it comes to mixing, figuring out what microphones to use, and trying out new ideas, but also keeping sessions on track.”
